"They wrote my prescription for insulin for the wrong amount and refuse to help me get a new prescription. I'm looking for a new doctor. I think Dr gandakota is a good doctor,but the receptionist was rude, unhelpful and was refusing to pass my issue to the doctor to correct the issue. I have never taken 20 units of insulin a day and my doctor knows that. There was an error and they refuse to help. The receptionist who has now been a part of what might be a life threatening situation by the middle of this week, her name is Shawna (I may be misspelling it). Find a different practice if you are looking for an endocrinologist. This will be a non stop headache."
