"Why is it so hard to just get a school note, sick app or talk to a nurse. Playing phone tag all day is just crazy. The people who answer the phone can’t schedule sick visits?? Can someone please explain this nonsense to me. How can I schedule a sick visit if the nurse and I are playing phone tag all day ?"

"We consistently have a great experience. Staff is friendly and great with kids. We don’t often see the same physician each time, but we’ve been thoroughly impressed with every doc we’ve seen. Their system of triage with a nurse is excellent."

"I wish I could give this place no stars. Horrible experience. My son needed an urgent tetanus shot. I brought him there and I had both my boys with me. The nurse asked, in front of my children, if they had the same dad because they don’t look alike. Then after giving my son a shot (whom was just picked up after playing kickball at recess) she held the alcohol swab up in his face and said he needs a bath that he is dirty. My son got so upset trying to defend himself and said he takes a bath every night. As a nurse manager, I would be disgusted if any of my employees treated our patients like this. While trying to get his records sent over so he could see a doctor at DuPont, I spoke with 2 people who not only were so rude, one of them hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone higher. I would never recommend this place."

"It’s actually kind of sad that I have to give them a negative review cause I really like the doctors and their hours are great. But they charge ridiculous amounts of money for procedures that aren’t even done. They claim to have twice cleaned out my daughters ears and then tried to charge my insurance $150 for each one. First off, they didn’t do this procedure that two appointments, only one. And second $150 for a 2 second procedure is insane. This is not the first time they’ve tried to charge us large amounts for easy, quick procedures. They are clearly most concerned with running up insurance bills above anything else. Find a different pediatrician!"
