"Horrible medical office to go to. Dr. Joseph, seen me one time back in March of 2023. There was and still are quiet a bit of abnormal labs on file that were not reviewed by any doctors yet they were ordered. Yet, not reviewed. On, top of that, Dr. Joseph was very overwhelmed by my medical record. She was aware of a staph infection that was recently identified by urgent care, but not healing. That's a big deal. I your brain and major vessel's are very close to one another. I told her that I was very scared that it wasn't healing correctly. She ignored my concerns and when asked by the receptionist to reschedule me for a follow-up. She said "No", that she wanted to read my medical record. And then she would call me to make an appointment. That never happened. She's a liar and lacks knowledge. I have been in and out the hospital since I've seen her and not one time, have I received a call from the office? After my visits to the hospital, i called to make an appointment to see "Dr. JOSEPH" She's never available. I get stuck with other doctors. On top that. I have a full thyroidectomy, scheduled for the 5th of July, in which she needs to clear me for!! SMH!@-$@ I'm cursing from the inside Because I can't on this review. However, I can warn others about this office. The communication has been so bad, that i had to go through my medical insurance to have a case manager make sure that i get the proper care that i'm paying for. Dr. Joseph doctor was supposed to give me medical clearance for surgery that is life-changing as of next week. How is she suppose to do that, when she hasn't looked at my records?? After advocating for myself, with my case manager, I unfortunately got stuck with a resident doctor, to provide me the clearance. But, I will make sure moving forward. I am not at this facility. I find it funny, how upon the positive reviews, there is correspondence from the office. But, there is no correspondence from the office when it comes to the negative reviews. Has anyone ever questioned why the the office's are called "Family Practice"?? It's straight, bs. The practices are used to the easy patients. There should no reason why we have an assigned doctor to our insurance card and we can't manage go even get an appointment with them!! That's how misdiagnosis's occur."

"Everybody here is so sweet, they listen to your concerns and take them seriously no matter how small, without any judgement. I will not take my kids to anybody but Dr. Sperrazza, he’s so kind and fun with his patients!!!"

"Dr. Sperrazza is THE BEST! My whole family goes here and Dr. Sperrazza is all of our PCP down to our little 2 year old (which Dr. Sperrazza has been seeing since she was born) to our 9 year old son (which Dr. Sperrazza has been seeing since he was 3 years old) to myself and my husband. We adore Dr. Sperrazza and we really trust him! When Dr. Sperrazza is not available our favorite backup is Jennifer Druck, she’s AMAZING too. You never wait long when you arrive for an appointment and they make scheduling and referrals super easy. The office staff is amazing too. Our favorite is Jodi! We will all continue to attend this practice and we definitely refer this place to everyone. Great family doctor! -The Cumberbatch’s"

"When I make my appointments I expect to see my doctor Frank I'm always seeing other doctors that aren't on top of things like Frank. I needed a prescription faxed yesterday in order for them to fix my prosthetic brace so I can get a new one and she hasn't faxed it over yet, now it's delaying my brace from being made I don't appreciate you telling me that you're going to fax it that day and never did!"
