"Will start off by saying this place used to be a decent little office here in town quick access and didn’t have to drive out of my way. Now for the bad part ever since Geisinger got involved with this practice it’s one of the worst doctors office in the area. Can never speak to someone in office and when you are able to get in touch they just tell you oh sorry we can’t see you. This has occurred 3-4 times in the last year when do you have time to see any patients if your never able to see them? If your semi-retired maybe you should think about just fully retiring so someone else can step in and actually see the patients on a regular basis."

"Can never get in contact withtbe office since they sold out to geisinger…. If you want a place you can have complete access to your dr office i do not recommend this place. Never used to be like this. Dr. Caparro would be rolling in his grave if he seen this! You need to go through geisinger and then if they think it deserves to go to the office they will put it through and you might get a call back. I have been trying to call for days and geisinger wont even answer…"

"I moved to C'dale 8 years ago from western MA. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at his practice, both with Matt and his friendly, competent and caring staff. Everyone is ready to work with you and I have frequently found they go above and beyond. Wait times aren't long and scheduling has been easy. And had they not seen me recently on an emergency basis, it is very likely my appendix would have burst. (Note: my symptoms were atypical, so it would have been understandable had they put off an appointment. Instead, Matt saw me within 15 min. of my stopping by! That is remarkable service.) Anyway, I am most pleased with Dr. Haley and the physician assistants, the nurses, the nurse practitioners and staff as a whole. I am glad I found them. :-)"
