"Dr. Madden is absolutely amazing but their office has now stopped my meds and held them hostage twice, pending an appointment. I was given no warning ahead of time that I needed to make a new appointment as soon as my refills ran out. They just stopped refilling them. One of the medications were hormone related and I experienced awful symptoms while waiting for an open day to go in. I've never experienced this ridiculous practice anywhere else. Very sad but I think I'm going to have to look for a different office."
