"Had to argue with the receptionist that my insurance is accepted at care now after dealing with the pointless kiosks they make you use. Management should reevaluate the competency of their employees considering their ignorance. Also you might as well call it Care Tomorrow since you’ll be waiting longer than an hour to be seen by a provider."

"Went in for a radiology study. Used to be, you'd check in at the receptionist desk. Now I was told to check in using a free-standing computer screen in the middle of the lobby. What a waste of time and pain in the @$$. If you are tall you have to bend over. Everyone touches the stylus (pen) you have to use, so spreading the flu, covid or RSV infections would be likely. Then you had to go through endless screens confirming your insurance, medical history, workers comp, car accident, Black Lung (??!!) and more. If the computer were so smart it would know I never worked in a coal mine and never had Black Lung. Why does it keep asking me this? On and on. No way around it. In the meantime, there are 2 receptionists sitting at their desks doing nothing! (They probably don't realize that they will be fired soon.) This is so consumer unfriendly, especially if the person is sick and feeling terrible. What a waste of time."

"St Lukes care now walk in is horrendous. Every time I go for a urine test it literally takes 3 hours to be called back, and thats not even with a full waiting room. If you are going here for urine screens or lab work , look for an alternative!"

"Took my 94 yr old mother to have blood work. She is frail and has hard to find veins. The technician (whom I don't remember her name) was very patient, and she stuck her once for her blood work. Needless to say was a pleasant experience. Most times, mother has techs who stick her several times. This will be the place for her to go now. Thanks for taking your time and patience with her ."

"The staff were very friendly, well mannered and time efficient. The Doctor spoke with me and my daughter about her care. He was kind and explained each step of the process previous to taking action. My child was appreciative of that. Also we got there at 7:30 PM and they close at 8PM, yet the doctor and staff were patient and attentive to my child's needs. They stayed and saw that she was very well taken care of while we were there. They did not rush or treat us as an inconvenience. Instead they were the most sincere, well mannered group of physicians I have ever met. They stayed until 8:30 PM to ensure they gave us the best care possible."
