"I’m not sure why there is so many negative reviews on this place.. After reading the reviews, I was worried about the service my daughter would receive. I had a great experience, the speech evaluator Kylie, was amazing! My daughter speaks in jargon and was having a terrible time during the evaluation and Kylie was very patient with her!"

"I don't feel comfortable giving this place 1 star, but unfortunately I have too. As soon as you enter, it's a negative experience. The front desk is very rude. Make sure you are reading what that actually give you to sign. They tried having me sign paper work stating it was HIPAA but it was not when I questioned it the receptionist told I just need you to sign there. When I read it I said you are making sign something I don't want to this has nothing to do with HIPPA, again became upset told me just to sign, I apologized saying maybe she gave me the wrong paper and for her to read what she was forcing me to sign and she just grabbed it from me. Then onto the exam. Very unprofessional. I know these Drs and staff work for the state but at least give the patient your time and benefit of the doubt NOT everyone is abusing the system. Prior to going to this appointments you are required to fill out so much paperwork from history from birth, provide all documents and then go to this appointment and be insulted bc the Dr couldny take 2 minutes to look or anything! Then make degrading remarks about 'hate to see your prescription bills" not know my daughter has hearing aids when she went to go look into her ears, then to even say " I'm what's this diagnosis I never heard of it!" Seriously, you are determining something crucial for my daughter and have the audacity to ask us what something is. You again couldn't have read anything or been the lightest but prepared before entering the room. Worst experience ever."

"Based on my experience and the other reviews I’m reading, this is one of the worst places to go for a drug screening. I Called ahead of time to schedule a pre-employment drug screening and was told they do not make appointments for that and I could just walk in between 830 and 1130. I was there at 8:30 on the dot the next morning and there was a big sign on the door saying “no walk in drug screenings today”. The woman inside told me that due to not enough staffing or rooms they could not accommodate me for an entire week, even though I only had three days to get the test done. Why was this not communicated when I called the day before? And how much staff does it take to collect a urine sample? So unprofessional and inefficient. If you have the option to go somewhere else for a drug screening, do it."

"Agree with other review that they deserve zero stars especially for their drug testing for pre-employment. Times are limited to 830-1130am yet when you arrive during this time you are turned away because “they can’t guarantee what time we can get you in”. Terrible service. Will never use this location for anything!"

"Greatest experience, my exam after completion lost network connection and the staff ensured it was completed prior to me leaving. They were not giving up and having me retake an exam I completed. They were patient and courteous. Definitely content with the way they conducted themselves at all times. Thank you!"
