The Restaurant at INNESS

"The bar in the small house by the restaurant is REALLY special. Magnus is such a great bar tender - providing welcomed conversation, while also letting his guests sit back & relax to enjoy their drink in the perfect cozy spot. This bar really makes the whole experience - it's special spot for guests of the hotel & locals. The Negroni & the martini in this bar are both exceptional. The food in the restaurant is exceptional. We always enjoy and continues to be one of our favorites in the area (in our top 3.. and yes, better than Wild Flower (the Auberge hotel, 25 mins away). My only word of caution is if you have an allergy - keep repeating it. They are able to accommodate but I've had them serve me the wrong plate."

"I was really impressed by Inness, and now I'm looking into booking a stay at their hotel after an amazing brunch experience. I stayed in the area for New Years and could not find a brunch place last minute. I called Inness and asked about availability, they had 15 minute wait. We waited in their beautiful and cozy lounge area with a fire place and amazing views on nature (imagine that in warmer seasons!). Our table was available quickly and we got seated. Staff there was really sweet and it made such a huge difference seeing that they are pet friendly and had several customers with little dogs Food at Inness was definitely worth the visit and worth for a return! Everything on the menu was carefully curated, showcasing a delightful fusion of flavors that elevate the brunch dining to a whole new level. Local flavors and produce, seasons items, it was all delish! I highly recommend the french toast Please come here, stay at their hotel and eat here!!"

"Had a business dinner for 12 people in the common restaurant. Was asked to pay ahead of time, $100/person, not including drinks. We did not want to pay $1000 for a private room so we opted to eat in the lounge. TL;DR: The food was great. The drinks were good as well. The service was extremely underwhelming and the dinner experience felt hacked together for a dinner of this cost. I shared all this feedback with the venue hosts and had a “we’re sorry” but nothing done to reduce cost or make it right. We were told it would probably be pretty quiet on a Monday but it was actually quite busy. It happens. But there was only one primary server shared between our table and at least 3-4 other tables in the lounge. We didn’t have drink orders taken for about 15 minutes after we arrived. The primary waiter was extremely overworked and came by the table about half as often as I’d expect for a dinner of this size. Food kept getting delivered without serving dishes and then the waiter would disappear. I had to ask 2-3 times for spoons to serve the food. We happened to have a birthday being celebrated and pre-arranged for the candle to be in the cake of the person celebrating their birthday, but instead it was brought standing in a tiny dish. Even the waiter who brought it out looked embarrassed. Wouldn’t come back, personally. If I did I would ensure I had a dedicated server. Oh also, heads up that they charge a 4% processing fee for credit cards for events."

"This place is so damn good. It’s just really clear that this is a place that cares and is so well-run. It’s very vibey, the cocktails were so balanced and delicious, the food was insanely good and seasonal, and the service was excellent. We had the first dinner of our honeymoon here and truly appreciated the welcome and treats we got. Thank you for such a lovely experience."
