"I just visited this store recently and the two puerto rican ladies that were working here had terrible attitudes. The customer service is not good at all. Very disgusting"
"Found shoes I really liked. The front of them had a mark/scuff on them so I wanted to see if they had another pair in the size. They didn’t so the very helpful associate said she’d ask her manager if there was anything to be done. The manager said no and wouldn’t even give me a lousy 10% off. I’m supposed to buy defective shoes? As a customer I don’t feel great about that. I spent $300 in there and she wouldn’t even approve a less than $10 discount for a damaged shoe. If the mark doesn’t come off I’ll be returning."

"Staff is always so helpful and friendly here. I tend to always end up buying something from here as they have a great selection. Plus if something isn't available in your size they will help you get it shipped or delivered to the store. The prices are reasonable, and they usually have deals and discounts too."
