"Mike was PHENOMENAL. I messaged him LATE on FB inquiring about an outboard 300 Suzuki. I told Mike that I’m very simple, what number he gave me is the number I wanted to walk out the door paying. "Dear Mike, It is important that I express to you the quality of service and care that I received from your company. I have been in the service industry most of my life and appreciate and feel it important to express my satisfaction when individuals go above and beyond as I have high expectations for the quality of work that I receive. During the 2023 boating season, I realized that my engine had a mechanical problem that would be too expensive to repair at its age and needed to be recovered. "These guys really went beyond being just helpful. I live on an island (Hog Island) and my outboard died. I needed a new one fast or i was stuck out here. Called in morning, was ready in a few hours and they even delivered it to the dock in Bristol for me to pickup with a borrowed boat for no charge. They even matched on online price i found for the motor. I really don't know what else they could have done to be more helpful.. Thanks!"
