"Good is good and fresh. Service is great especially for the amount of people they have working there. We went through drive through and they made us pay at the 1st window and wait there until the next window was ready. The people behind us were not happy."

"I am in the area for work and needed a quick bite/dinner and I am pleasantly surprised. Just got a bacon double cheese burger (added onions) and small fries. Burger was ok, just a normal burger king burger but what made it great was it was not covered/leaking grease, the bacon and onions were fresh and crispy but what really did it for me was how well it was put together and wrapped. Not like now a days places just throwing stuff on there not caring at all. No, this was made with confidence and care with one's self, their skill and the customers in mind! To top it off, the fries were perfect! Even though I probably got lucky that they just came up, they were all fully cooked, crispy and with the right amount of salt in my opinion. Also, to the guy at the drive thru window (probably a manager) was like the same as the cook, polite, professional and with a smile. 10/10. I really hope this wasn't just a one of because this type of service is a dying art form. Well done!"

"This place should get a no star rating. Absolutely horrible. The girl taking the order is about audible as a whisper. Since I was the only there you figure the food would be good? Nope. Fries were ice cold. Gross. Going to take BK’s advice and have it my way, I will never go back."

"Worst food ever! Lived in blue bell for over 30 years. I really want to like this place but the food is horrible. Every couple of months i give it another try to no avail. They need to change the fryer oil more often. French fries and onion rings had a metallic taste. Ordered the chicken sandwich and they must have thrown it in the microwave to reheat it. Lettuce was brown and wilted. Double whopper I ordered had all the condiments to one side of the burger and the beef was dry (ugh). Please train you employees better. Super slow drive through. If I could give the food a "0" I would. Shame on you Burger King! NEVER AGAIN!"

"Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted fine. During my visit the boiler was down so burgers were unavailable. The associates I interacted with were pleasant and professional. The dining room provided a pleasant atmosphere and was clean and organized."
