"Had my snowblower repaired in March 2019. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone and told me it would be about a week. One week later it was done and for roughly the price they quoted. Even less actually I think. I was concerned because of the reviews online, and I did have to call two or three times to reach someone to check in… But they did exactly what they said they would do and did a great job. It’s a lawnmower repair shop, so obviously you cannot expect their customer service and response time to be the same as an auto mechanic. They fix lawnmowers :-)"
