"Staff was really friendly! I was able to make an appointment online with plenty of availability (for us late 80’s kids that don’t know how to talk to people). The shop was really clean. The service was quick. While I was there, someone came in with a walk-in complaint and a technician was able to help that person out immediately, so really fast service! Highly recommended!"

"Great 1st experience, got me in with no appointment that day. Both people man and woman at front end were extremely kind and helpful. Very personable experience, mechanic actually walked me back to the garage to show me the issues with my vehicle. I was made to feel at home and comfortable. They were even able to replace a part and only charge for labor by returning the faulty part to distributor. I will certainly be back. Great job"

"It’s hard to trust an auto repair shop, especially visiting for the first time. In the past two weeks J&S auto repair has worked on my car twice and both times they were very communicative, worked on my car in a timely manner, and also offered an employee to shuttle you back home if you need a ride. I used to go to dealerships to have work done on my car and I know from now on to only come to this location to ensure that my car is being worked on properly and with trust. 5 stars!!"
