"I was kinda scared to give this place a try based on the tons of negative reviews, I should of just trusted the reviews, the dr I saw was a nurse practitioner Linda michalski, she was a class A narcissistic know it all , had zero interest in listening to my concerns , also this is the age of knowledge, meaning the internet has put endless amounts of information at our finger tips if we choose to do the homework, Linda adamantly gave me advice that is outdated by 15 years at least, I can not stress enough , steer clear of this place, it would be different if they weren’t “specialists “ then the margin of error would be a little more forgiving …. When you’re an apparent expert in a particular field … you should be exactly that…. Dont make the mistake I made by reading these terrible reviews and giving them the benefit of the doubt, Linda I understand what you learned in school 25-30 years ago…. But ALOT has changed and been updated since then , keep up on the constantly evolving and updated literature and advancement in science!! People when it comes to your health question everything do your own research !!"

"ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A DOCTOR'S OFFICE EVER. Impossible to reach the person who sends prescriptions, but it doesn't really matter anyway because she is completely incompetent. Takes forever to send prescriptions and then when she does it's like she has never filled out a form before. Sent prescriptions without the doctor's signature. Sent prescriptions for incorrect diabetes pump material. Sent prescriptions checking off boxes for both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes. Insane. Caused my grandmother's supplies to be delivered late numerous times to the point where it became an emergency and she almost ran out of supplies. You'd think they'd be pros at filling out this kind of paperwork since they must deal with it all the time, but no. This place has caused me SO much grief. Avoid them at all costs. They do not care about patients and they are all incompetent."

"The receptionist, nurses, and the doctor's at this place are very friendly and understanding. Scheduling is marvelous and the wait times are almost 3-5 minutes minimum. Wasn't sure about this place at first because I prefer UPMC but they proved themselves worthy. As a newly diagnosed diabetic I quickly got my glucose levels between 59-100 from 500+. Follow the diet."

"Trying to make an appointment as a new patient has been nothing short of hell. Found another provider who takes my new insurance and wasnt anywhere as bad as trying to become a new patient here. I think I dodged a bullet on this provider if it was THAT hard to make a new patient appointment."
