"The receptionist Jada is unbelievably rude and ignorant. Not only that, but over the past 3 years of me going to the office, they have not once addressed my numerous health issues. Molly (she works with Dr. Walker), is the ONLY one there who was genuinely cared and tried her best to help me. Not sure what is going on in that office compared to when I first started going but they are useless and not worth going to. Have found a much better PCP. And to the receptionist who called me with an attitude, get off of your high horse. With your attitude you should be working at McDonald's. 0 stars if possible."

"I’ve felt so taken care of & heard at this practice by dr. Walker & dr. Gleason and that extends to some of the great people they have on staff there like the physician assistant named Holly & one of the nurses there Gloria who i’d give 5 stars to for going above and beyond! They always treat us with the utmost respect, care & concern, but I called today was unclear on some paperwork that had to be filled out it’s my first time ever having to fill out such documents & having to go through certain steps & to top it all off facing some health issues & I’m not familiar with or aware of the process, the receptionist Jada picked up the phone & had an attitude right from the get go and then it escalated to being mean & rude! Someone like that should not be the face of such a great practice and if it was her first time being ignorant I wouldn’t have said anything but it’s literally every time we go in or call in she just has this aggressive attitude and today she took that even a step further to being mean, rude & obnoxious when I was just asking about the proper process for the paper work to get done! I’d hate to stop going there all because of her because literally everyone else there is awesome especially the medical staff & Drs. but I’ll say this she makes me feel bad every time I walk in there or call so disappointing"

"I don’t write many reviews and the reviews I do leave normally are not good reviews. So please take this review very seriously. Dr. Walker is an amazing doctor. Every time I go in he’s very friendly and whenever I try and better my health in myself and it seems like it goes unnoticed he always notices. As a matter fact yesterday he told me he’s proud of me and in the past few years I’ve been seeing him I’ve come along way. That made my day out of all the people to notice that my doctor did when it seems others don’t or don’t even care to be honest. That’s not all though Dr. Walker has an amazing nurse named Gloria. She has gone above and beyond dealing with my last minute prescription changes or refills for years. No matter how busy they are she always makes time to call me back or to make sure that I get my medicine. Honestly if he ever had to replace her I would be heartbroken I look forward to seeing her every visit. They are a great team and work very well together. Finally, Dr. Walker and Gloria are the cake but Debbie is the icing. She works the front desk at Dr. Walker’s office and she’s absolutely amazing. Nonstop 24/7 every time I walk in she’s on the phone hustling and doing everything she can to make sure everybody is satisfied. Although she is quite busy she always finds time to give me an amazing bright smile And always asking how my fiancé and I are doing. Truly isn’t that amazing? From the front door all the way to the end of the visit everybody is absolutely pleasant and kind. I would recommend Dr. Walker to anybody looking for an amazing PCP. As a matter fact my fiancé has been going to his office for the past 3 years. Even today just leaving from a visit while I was there Dr. Walker even asked me how my fiancé was doing and making sure that she has been doing well with her health and also with the lock down during the COVID-19. I hope this review helps anybody that is considering looking for a new PCP or just looking for one the first time. This office will treat you and your family with respect and make you part of their family. Words aren’t enough to express the kindness, caring and loving atmosphere they provide you every time. Thank you to everybody that works at that office for just being absolutely amazing people. Don’t for a refill on your medication. They will hang up on you for that and have an attitude. Even though one person may work 8 to 12 hours a day outside doing intensive labor and they expect you to go off a medication that completely affects your body and mind. Oh, also whenever you see the doctor, you were told call a certain nurse, and whenever you do that the receptionist do everything they can to prevent that. So who knows who is lying right making someone go without their prescription several days after it completely out is illegal. Literally,"

"What is the issue with Amy who claims she runs the entire office and is the boss? I have never been treated so ignorantly in my life! All over getting my seizure meds called in..I miss Dr.Bazron he was so nice and the staff was nice..UPMC needs to look into this because that was the most unprofessional conversation i have had at a dr office! And Amy is the problem learn some respect & manners AMY"

"I spoke with someone named Amy today and she had an attitude as soon as I said hello to her. She lacks professionalism, she is very rude, and she should not be working with an attitude. Leave your attitude at home next time Amy. When I called her out on being rude and unprofessional she hung up on me. Oh and she is the boss!!! I asked to speak to her boss and she replied "I'm the boss." I asked her to give me her boss's name and she refused. Since we weren't on a recorded line, she did not care about being professional or rude. This office has gone down since Dr. Bazron left Do better UPMC!"
