"My doctor told me to go to Hampton outpatient center on Saturday. I went there and no one was there. The site says , they are open 9- 4:30 pm. Thalia is absolutely not acceptable. You need to resolve this ASAP."

"Went in as a walk in due to some body aches and needed blood work done. I’m absolutely mortified over bloodwork and I had anxiety over it all day (I knew I’d need it). They went above and beyond to make sure that it was a stress free experience for me after I kindly let them know I’m a pass out risk over it. I got to lay down, have a pillow, ice pack on my head, they were so super sweet and I got some apple juice out of it. I didn’t even realize it’s happen by the time it was done. This has been horrible for me in the past. Not here! If you need blood work done and have a phobia I couldn’t recommend this location more!"

"Beautiful facility, clean, plenty of parking; close to home. On the negative side the reception staff cold and not people friendly. In the imaging department, the technician went beyond his duties to be pleasant, apologetic and helpful when a problem with equipment caused a delay. In the lab where blood was drawn the phlebotomy technician was rough, rude and insisted I straighten my arm when part of it was on the arm rest of the chair. I said it won’t go any straighter and she yanked and yanked them dug and probed. It was a very unpleasant experience and when I got home it became more and more black and blue. The last experience there makes me want to avoid going there even though less than five minutes from where I live."
