"I started at Hess Physical Therapy at their Allison Park location about a month ago. In our first appointment, Dr. Boyd took a lot of time asking questions and listening. He had me do different things and asked how they felt. He observed how I walked and stood. He really dug in and figured out what was needed in order to help. Then he clearly and carefully explained the goals of the therapy he was going to help me with. As we go he has continued to explain things and to listen. I very much appreciate the thoughtful communicative approach being taken. Also, the administration of the practice is well organized and efficient. They are easy to deal with and friendly."
