"One of the worst companies I have dealt with, provided us with a quote then ended up charging us hourly, did not finish the job, lied to us about passing inspection in reality we only received a partial pass on the inspection. Reported them to the department of labor and standards and will be following up with legal council. Very poorly run company, stay away from them."

"Most unprofessional company I have ever spoken with. Called last week to schedule a garbage disposal to be replaced in a tenants apartment. The person I spoke with was fine and provided me with different days and time slots to select from. (they were supposed to call me back with the cost of the disposal and never did) I chose the following Tuesday from 8-10am and communicated to my tenant she would need to be home during that time to meet the plumber. 1030 rolls around and my tenant calls and says no one has come. I call the company to check on their status and the lady rudely tells me they have had other more important calls come in and they don't know when they can make it. She said maybe today maybe tomorrow there is no way of them knowing, literally laughing at the ridiculousness of me wanting to have an estimated timeframe they would arrive. She asked me if I was a new customer and when I said yes and she said well there are repeat customers who are calling in and they take priority. When I tried to tell her that my tenant needs to have an approximate timeframe, so she can plan to be home for it and that I had selected a specific time that they provided to me she escalated to anger and literally yelled "I don't even understand what the deal is with this garbage disposal. I don't have one at my house and I don't want one!" Truly one of the strangest things I have ever heard. I didn't even know how to respond. She continued yelling and basically said deal with it or cancel. I cancelled the appointment delaying the repair. I would not use this company."

"I cannot say enough wonderful things about Miguel and Myles, and our experience working with them throughout the course of our kitchen and bathroom remodel. From start to finish they were incredibly professional, sincere, and took the extra time and effort to accommodate us and work with any timing/issues that came about. "Great work and a good experience with the folks of Lee's Plumbing. They've always been very responsive and have been able to come over far sooner than I would expect any plumber to arrive. Very knowledgeable and personable plumbers who value doing a good job and giving you something that will last. Received great advice as a homeowner and DIYer. I know the limits of my own skills and tools, so for everything outside my reach, I know what company to call to get the job done and done right."

"We used them to fix a faucet, which they did. However, 10 mins after they left a pipe burst in our basement. They said it was unrelated. I had to call them back, which they then charged me for an emergency visit but took about an hour to make it back to our house. They fixed the pipe rather quickly which I appreciated but I did not appreciate over a $2k bill! They were in an out in less than an hour and the invoice was very vague not telling me at all how the total amount was established. I requested a more detailed invoice and they did send one that showed a pipe bought that was very expensive. I consulted with two other plumbers that both said the pipe was not that expensive and both quoted me much less than half of what I paid for the same job. Never again will I use this company! I would also like to say I never leave negative reviews, this is my first one. I understand everyone has bad days, but I felt it necessary to write this one to inform others."
