"I called JB Appliance Repair to fix my leaking refrigerator. I had read the Google reviews and they were all good, so I thought I would give them a try. They had availability the very next day. The service technician Juan was very polite and professional. He diagnosed and found the problem right away. It was a clogged drainage tube in the back of the refrig. He took the part off and found that the little tube and drainage tray at the top was frozen and clogged! He fixed that, then he had to pull the refrig out to get to the rest of the tube in the back. The floor underneath the refrig was just a tad bit dirty (understatement!) and he even cleaned it for me!! and vacuumed the coils too! Service above and beyond! And he just saved me the cost of a new refrig. Thank you JB and Juan for Top Notch service!"
