"Can't talk to medical staff for questions without scheduling an appointment and going in. I was told doctors don't do phone calls."

"I had had great previous experiences however i was 10 minutes late due to traffic and i checked in and asked the receptionist if i needed to see her she said no im good. I sat down to wait and they called me back within a few minutes and as im sitting on the table in the room discussing why i was there someone comes in and says i need to reschedule because i checked in at 8:32 i said i was checked in at 8:30 and i know i was because i sat down to look at my phone and it was 8:31 as i was sitting there. Regardless of what time i checked in i was there within the 15 minute late window that they had set, so there should have been no problem. I was literally on the table waiting to be seen and there was 1 other person in the waiting room. I will be transferring somewhere closer to home."

"UPMC claims that the doctors have specialties that they actually do not cover in the office. I was given an appointment at a certain time only to find out that they don’t cover my issue. Front desk mentioned that this issue has been happening to others for 2 years."

"Just started coming to this location . I have several health issues and the PA Emily Kosty has been who I’ve seen 3/4 times but was assigned to a dr but never seen her . Kosty has refused treatment basically to me last three times by not prescribing medications that are a necessity for my health . She will not prescribe the meds ive been on 25 years uni l I get my appointment with new dr . She took uppin self to call the other office to discuss my negative visit . When in reality im not even going there nor kosty doesn’t know about me to be putting her two scence in . Hippa !!! She hasnot done anything in the 4 visits and feels the pushing me out of office . My fiancé walks in for her first appointment ever there today at 4 pm and she was able to walk in and get benzodiazepine’s until she can see see a dr ! So obviously kostys call to my potentel dr was im asure negative and shared her views with intake kim so maybe they won’t give me my meds . So now thanks to that passive aggressive move I will more then likely just be looking for a new ( Private) phyc dr that can help along with a dr to help temporarily . After the call to summit from kosty I feel now she sabayoged my appointment being spiteful . So i will be looking for both a real doctor and a physiotherapist thanks to a nurse wanting to do more bad then good ! Utterly Failed to provide any services for me after 4 times of nothings and humilation . Time to leave reviews for everyone and eveeryplace I can on yhis subject. ! Completely failed ! Never will go bavk or refer anyone. And i will spread the message on sociss as l media of the help I received ."
