"I would give zero stars if possible. The physician was 30 minutes late calling me for my appointment and then asked me one question before re-certifying me. The conversation was 40 seconds long. The physician did not process my paperwork after my appointment and I had to call 5 days later to ask why it wasn’t completed. Bethany left me a voicemail with a made up excuse as to why the doctor had trouble and when I called and spoke to Bob, he threatened to cancel my certification for complaining about their process. Do not use this third party service, they do not follow the rules and regulations of the program."
