"I have been a patient in this practice for many years. My visits have kept me informed and provided guidance that has helped me manage my Type I Diabetes. Amy Rubinosky, PAC is an outstanding clinician... professional, kind, and patient centered. My questions are always answered thoroughly."
"The Indian doctor is very arrogant. I ran out of meds on the weekend and she wouldn't call it into the pharmacy because it was the weekend. She doesn't care about you, so I left their practice. You are not getting my money! HAHAHA"
"I would not recommend this practice. I went to see them in 2016 after being told by an ER doc that TSH levels were really high. They saw me quickly enough but my TSH had come down to 7 (still high but not enough to medicate me?) I was told to come back and get rested in 2 weeks. I got retested and my numbers were 4.9 tsh .. borderline. I went into that appointment not able to complete a sentence, I had crippling brain fog to the point my 5 yr old finished my sentences for me. I begged Amy their PA to please start me on a medication. She told me she felt that starting medication would make me feel worse????? Seriously, I felt like I was on death's door. I then asked her to treat my symptoms and not my numbers. Someone mentioned they don't like it when you challenge them. That is correct. She threw me out of the practice basically and sent a note to my Dr (I gather they've been through this a time or two given their over reaction) telling him I was a difficult patient. I worked for my Dr for years so he knew otherwise, we had a good laugh over it. I found another endo Doc who did treat me, 5 years later my Hashimoto's is under control, I'm healthy, happy, and my kiddo no longer finishes my sentences. This was not the practice for me. My current endo is open to talking with me and listening. We've worked for over year and half to correct it but he never threw in the towel."
"Thought it was going to be a good change when the first appointment was so detailed but the office culture seems to be about blaming the patient for all issues. This is not an office that likes to be told you disagree and want to have a discussion to try to work through problems. I have a documented history of side effects with my prescription but all of my concerns for side effects is apparently all in my head and I was encouraged to get a head scan."
"I would never recommend them to anyone. I was sent there by my doctor to get in for an appointment. I called 5 days prior to make sure they had my records and my recent blood work. My appointment was at ten and when the doctor came in she says oh we don't have your lab work. They had me wait until it came through and the doctor didn't come back in until 11:10. And all she told me was everythings fine and the issue isn't your thyroid. I wouldn't have been upset, except my levels all came back very high. So now I am back to square one. I will never go back to that office or those doctors again."
