"Fedex was supposed to deliver prescription cat food today, but didn't, claiming they couldn't because no one was home. That's a major lie. Instructions are to leave package onback steps.The cat has to have this special diet. Fedex did not do as they were supposed to do.Also someone was home all day"

Went online to place a shipping order, got shipping label emailed couple seconds after putting in order, and printed out at home, slapped label on box with tape, dropped off at Walgreens where someone scanned it/checked it in in less than 5 minutes. Props to the ops making the process easy and efficient."
