"I pull up to the drive-through window and I accidentally get the wrong order which is no big deal happens. The girl at the window named Tina made everything all right she went over the top and she was so nice and so personable I’ve been trying to call to talk to a manager to say how wonderful and great she is, but I can’t get a hold of McDonald’s so I wanted to write it on here how awesome Tina was at customer service getting me my food on time and Making it a great experience at this McDonald’s! Definitely going back just because Tina‘s here"

"I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and there was a RECEIPT in my burger and what looks like mold on the top of the bun. I was absolutely disgusted. This is the WORST mcdonald's I have ever been to. DO NOT EAT HERE."

"Five times now (out of about ten) I’ve pulled up to the order screen and a lady will ask if i am going to use some kind of app. I say no and then nothing happens and I end up waiting….and waiting…. and waiting - for several minutes. Then another car will pull up to the other drive through and the attendant will immediately take their order. Not sure why they won’t just take your order instead of trying to get you to use an app. Waiting at a ordering machine for minutes defeats the purpose of fast food. I always leave when this happens but now I’ll just go straight to the BK down the road from now on to avoid the issue entirely."

"Pulled into drive thru at 945 only to see they had decided to close early. About 6 other cars in line for about 10 minutes before realizing they were not taking orders. They are supposed to be open til 12 midnight. This was also during halftime of the Patriots Sunday night football game. Seems like a time you would prepare your staff for a rush. Instead they just closed. Unacceptable. The Stonington location is always 10 times better and well worth the 5 minute drive."

"Okay, usually I'd never bother with a Fast Food restaurant but here we are. Bad customer service, IT DRIVES ME NUTS! Visited this location on the weekend of 7/22/23 for a quick drive thru dinner while traveling. The car line was put to the road, no big deal. Order was placed, paid, and picked up. There was a couple items missing from the bag, no biggie, it happens. I walked up to the door at 6pm to find it locked. Went around to another side, locked. Dining room was completely closed. There was a man / worker on the other side of the door against the wall playing on his phone. I politely knocked and said I was missing something asking to come in only to be given a dirty look with a shake of the head and shrugged off burying himself back in the phone. Shortly after others were waiting outside complaining as well. Send your staff to Chick Fil-A for customer service training and for a real spicy chicken sandwich. It'll be their pleasure!"
