"Service is terrible. Takes months to get a routine checkup. Doctors not accepting new patients. Covid policies are terrible. Their staff doesn’t follow-up to schedule surgeries. Going to the ER is so terribly understaffed they’ll forget to put your medicine in the IV or even bring you any water. I got better medical service going to Amazon because my doctors wouldn’t see me or prescribe anything over the phone."

"It has become increasingly difficult to get through to someone to try and schedule an appointment and next to impossible to actually schedule the appointment within a few months. I would recommend to anyone to go to the St Clair urgent care downstairs rather than make an appointment at St. Clair Medical Group Family Medicine. You will receive treatment much faster and often with the doctor you were trying to schedule an appointment with."

"Dr. Oltyan spends more than enough time with her patients. She is genuinely concerned and takes time getting to know you. I have read the negative reviews and need to say that, yes, they were experiencing a phone issue for a few days (maybe a week or two) and I had the same frustration. After speaking with Dr. Oltyan, she said that it was a new phone system and it was out of their control but that it was being addressed. I don't think it quite fair to give a poor rating for a technical issue when the quality of the physicians is what is important. They are quick to follow up with test results and questions and other than when they had phone issues, I have always been able to be seen the same day if I had an issue. (FYI, they have a policy that says if you are more than 15 minutes late to reschedule -NO EXCEPTIONS)"

"These physicians may be ok something is up with their phones. My mom had to call for 4 days to get a routine appointment. She kept getting the answering service during office hours and they we’re very rude and not helpful. I can’t imagine what would happen if she needed a same day appointment. I’m looking for a new pcp for her."
