"At the West Chester location, I ordered the overpriced turkey sandwich because of the description. The person sharing it with me actually thought it was tuna! The lettuce was nasty and brown. When entered the shop, both people ignored me for a time. Will not make this mistake again!"

"Ordered a sandwich through the website. Received confirmation from Capriottis and cc company. Sandwich wasn’t made when arrived because location didn’t receive order. Not a big deal. Took 10 minutes and had to repeatedly show confirmations to get Italian sub I had already paid for made. Wanted my license a s phone number etc. and were upset when I calmly refused. Website having issues is understandable. Treating me like I’m trying to steal a sandwich on the way to the hospital despite showing payment and order confirmation is frustrating. Likely won’t be back."
"Ordered a 20 inch classic turkey and got extra meat because they've been skimpy lately. (Like everywhere else) I paid almost $30 for a 20 inch classic turkey with just lettuce and light mayo. I think I got less turkey on the extra meat hoagie than if I didn't order extra meat. They took my $28 though haha. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the Glen Mills location. WAY better turkey and ALWAYS packed with turkey."
"One star is being generous! Worst cheese steaks I have had especially for 40 bucks will never go again told they were short staffed and they would be closing at 6:30. Tried to call after getting home at 6:00 and no answer. Everyone should know these are franchised locations and there is a difference between them. I have been to the Downingtown location and it was great and worth the money."
