"I had a good Experience for my eye appointment.The frame selection could be better. Everyone was helpful and the option to not dilate my eyes was wonderful. I received an email that my glasses were ready for pick up during normal business hours.I arrived around 1:10pm Dec 23rd only to find the office was closed for the holiday! I would have appreciated an email to let me know they were closing early.I would have gone earlier that day.Thank goodness I live nearby.What if I had traveled a distance only to find them closed? I was extremely disappointed.A courtesy call would have been nice. otherwise I would have given 5 Stars."

"According to the Google search engine, the Total Vision store located in Mystic is only open on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays. Respectfully, how is it that the Mystic location is only open for business those days? Does that make good business sense for customers? My opinion is that an eye practice should be open on all business days supporting the local community. Very easy for someone to go elsewhere with only being open 3 days a week. Thank you."
