"Whoever the woman was answering the phones at 3:00 Friday October 6, was rude, sarcastic and condescending. It was quite obvious that she wasn’t just having a bad day, because I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt and simply ignore her comments. But, over and over again her attitude continued as if I was an interruption and a major inconvenience to her. Quite honestly the antithesis of how someone in this profession should be. She certainly could never work at the Cleveland Clinic."
