Very irritating Been sitting here for almost two hours after my appointment time 12:45 It's definitely not cool on Brittany the np to keep your patients waiting. My uncle had a mechanic waiting for us for a appointment. Very unprofessional, , I walked out today This isn't the first time I've had to sit for hours before getting seen... Not happy"

"Doctor listened and nurse in the room where the procedure took place listened and explained things. The nurses outside were a were rude, argumentative and unprofessional. Heard nurses gossiping to each other about patients, one smelled of cigarettes (like it or not, it’s off putting and bad representation), while getting walked back nurses argued with me about an unrelated medical procedure, gave an unsettled “to each their own” when I explained I didn’t want any children, another told me to use the restroom but never asked for a sample, after I informed the nurses the need for sample had not been communicated , they simply said I was told, another nurse walked away from a patient after she misinformed him about paperwork. I almost walked out. The staff need to receive training on professional development and soft skills. It was atrocious."
