"literally joke of a drs office never again get your rude employees and office manager in check! tried to make an appointment was told it'd be a phone call and 2 weeks call today they tell me I can't get in till June and they no longer do phone calls I say who in your office is telling me different then?? the office manager gets on the phone yells at me saying it wasn't their office (then why did I call the exact number saved in my contacts I called 2 days before hand? I ended up hanging up worst experience of my entire life dr. Mitta very nice but his office people need an immediate check for real do better for your people!!!!"

"Called no less than 5 times trying to make a change to my appointment. No matter what option you press you'll be put on hold for 15 minutes or more and then the call either drops or the auto attendant says no one is available and hangs up. There is no option to leave a message or email them. I will say that once I FINALLY got someone on the phone after I wasted over an hour of my time, she was nice and helped me quickly without any issue."

"If I could give Dr Jian Zhang at Lake Erie Endo a negitive 1000 I would!!!!! What a negative condescending awful doctor!! Her bedside manner is so terrible and mean absolutely NO awareness of how she is making someone feel. I would never recommend her and Im warning anyone that goes to see her!!!"

"Mixed review....Dr. Mitta is really nice and knowledgeable however....his office staff...specifically LINDA should not be allowed to talk with customers. First she schedules me for a virtual appt. for May 16th....after adding to my calendar and not noticing it was a sunday....Monday came i realized it. I called in and they said that i missed my appt. on may 17th. I explained that it was not and rescheduled for may 18th. I then received a warning termination letter if i missed another appt....lol. second....Linda could not answer any question that i had about a prior authorization for a medicine.....I had the insurance company on the line listening and Linda became extremely rude and emotional and HUNG UP ON ME..... Linda then went over the office managers head and told Dr. Mitta that I was rude to her.....honestly it is a disaster down there. if Linda worked for me she would be fired. Linda have some professional standards to go by...your hurting Dr. Mitta and his business reputation. ps. Allan the office manager was pleasant to work with ps. Linda im awaiting your new letter"

"I traveled 2 hours and took the day off of work to find out when I got there they cancelled my appointment. They never thought to call me? Then I called to confirm my rescheduled appointment and they said "Glad you called,we don't accept your insurance." They were going to let me travel a second time.."
