"Was in the restaurant on multiple occasions and the heat has been off or at least not working correctly. But last night 1/20/2024 the dining room was so cold that me and my group refused to eat inside and went elsewhere. But the other times there was some heat inside. The employees should not have to work in a building that is that cold."

"Went through the drive thru. Paid the cashier. They told me to pull up all the way to the end and someone would give me my food when ready. I waited over 15 minutes (on a decently hot day with 2 frosties I ordered that were now melting) while every other behind me was getting food. I ended up angry and drove through the line again and told them they forgot about me and now my frosties are melted. They didn't apologize at all but they at least gave me 2 new frosties. If I do come back to this Wendy's ever again, I'll go inside to order instead because the drive thru is a joke."
