"Got sick most times I ate here"
"Nice canteen newly renovated. Best place to have real lunch. Fresh salads, fruits, soups, and verify of conventional US dishes ( text above was relevant in 2019, after covid quality and quality changed,I hope they will restore reputation)."
"Every time I've ate any meat product here (besides the chicken tenders), I've felt sick for multiple days after. Even sausage on pizza isn't safe. My stomach hurts just thinking about Hatfields..."
"Arrived on Saturday evening. My friend and I took our plates of food to the eating area. It seems that a WVU basketball game had recently ended and the radio sports station was blasting 4 minutes of extra loud commercials followed by one minute of talking. This happened repeatedly through my meal. The commercials were so loud that I could not hear my friend speaking even though we were close together. The only thing worse than the loud radio station music that they blast is a radio station running (almost) non-stop commercials. They can keep the one star because I left with a cup of coffee and my desert in hand to go and eat it elsewhere outside. I've asked them before to turn down the rubbish coming thru the speakers but my requests fall on deaf ears (excuse the pun). The photo is from 6 pm on 3/19, prime dinner time, with only three people visible."
"Place went completely downhill since my freshman year (2018) mostly because of Sodexo. Hatfields used to be the best spot on campus to get breakfast, now it’s been turned in to an all-day dining hall, which is filled with overly processed food and certain staff members that look like they’d rather die then be there. I get it it’s 9AM but like....really? Wouldn’t come back. We went from having an awesome omelette bar to one scoop of scrambled eggs. It’s a shame"
