"Beware Consigning here! Brought in a 116 piece set of antique dishes for consignment. Was NOT given a contract that apparently says you have 14 days to pick up your item or it “belongs to the shop”. Was not even told that verbally! Was not even given a courtesy call that my 14 days was up and the dishes would be taken off the selling shelves. Was told “That’s your responsibility. We are too busy to call customers”. Where did my dishes go?! They never gave me a contract to sign. Conveniently, their copy of my contract is gone... If this is the shop’s policy, make it well known. TELL the customer. And keep the contracts!"
