If I didn't need these specific shoes for work, I wouldn't even made the purchase."

"I love this store—but it’s quite rude to be closed before 6 pm on a work day. People are just getting off work. Where is this consideration? Two workers are in there and did not answer the phone! COVID stole good customer service! Never shopping at this location again."

"This location is ridiculously understaffed. There are usually 2 employees at most, and finding someone to help you on the floor is impossible. Checking out is also a nightmare. I have had several occasions where I went in knowing what I wanted, grabbed them, and stood in line for 15 minutes because there was only one employee and she was taking the time to sign every customer up for a rewards system even when they said no and there was a long line. On the off chance there are two, there is usually only one ringing and the other is just there chatting. I try To avoid this location at all costs."
