"Horrible service. My sister and I entered this store and were ignored and not greeted. As we were looking around, no one offered to help but as soon as the next potential shopper came in she was greeted and offered a glass of champagne. This seems to be a similar theme at Peddler’s Village. We are women of color, Latinas to be exact but the blatant disregard to us made it obvious that we were not welcomed. Honey, if you’re trying to sell $160 pairs of pajamas you should learn a thing or two about costumer service. Have we not learned anything from Pretty Woman? I’ll pass and just order directly from Ugg or Kate Spade! With inflation continuing to rise, why would I throw away my money to an establishment that clearly doesn’t respect me? Side note: My sister was asked to be helped by the only employee of color but I was not with her nor did I see said employee during my time in the shop. But thank you ma’am for helping my sister. You’re the only employee worth the recognition."
"I have to give this place five stars. I walked in just to look around and was surprised to have seen such a wide selection of bras in extremely inclusive sizes. I am someone who’s never been able to walk into a bra store and try bras on or find one that fits good. I met with the bra fitter there who has 25+ years of experience and she was wonderful and helpful and made me feel comfortable."
"I wish I could give ZERO stars to this business. I was visiting Peddler’s Village with a group of friends one weekday. The area was very quiet because it was in between the Halloween and Christmas crowds. My friends and I entered this store and we were met by what I assume was the owner/manager. She basically announced that she had been “told” about our group shopping around Peddlers Village and pointed out where we were from, which is New York. While some members of my group just laughed it off, most of us found this to be quite offensive. She did not explain what she meant by that, but she did not really have to. It was quite clear that we were not welcome in this store. I even heard one employee say that we were there just to “touch” everything and not buy anything. Let me point out that we were a group of well dressed, respectable women ranging in age from 50-75 years old. Not a crowd of rowdy teenagers. It seemed that this store owner has a bias toward people from New York. We were met with rudeness and followed around the store like we were children, or worse, criminals. Let me further mention that every person in my group patronized multiple businesses in Peddlers Village and spent a significant amount of money. I have NEVER been treated like that by a business owner. It was despicable! I not only blame this person but whoever it was that “warned” her about us as well. I can only imagine how other groups would be treated. So if you’re not from PENNSYLVANIA be careful shopping at Peddlers Village because obviously you are NOT WELCOME!! Disgraceful!!!!"
"Nice place always fine something great."
"Really friendly and helpful staff. I was there during one of the busiest shopping days of the year and they still had a positive attitude and a smile. The products and prices are really great too!"
