"I was a resident back in 2011 up too 2013 If o could give them 0 stars i would. Issues with the agency 1. Goal program kids were getting assaulted and attacked by staff away from cameras when it came for an investigation there wouldnt be one because they weren't in camera view 2. They like to hire people with criminal backgrounds 3. Kids from program b were attacked by staff 2 kids were sent to the ER for a broken arm 4. If you were a behavior problem or if you had an iep they sent you to the alternative school down the street by the family dollar, they wont put you in a public school 5. Staff at the alternative school attacked kids 6. Auberle is a non profit organization right heres where all the money goes too: it goes to staff Christmas and holiday parties ONLY , the money goes to bonuses for all the staff ONLY yet the agency claims there broke and afford anything thats why they can’t afford anything because there to busy investing federal/state money to staff instead of the agency and the residents 7. All there company vehicles are busted down old vans that can barely be driven 8. The weekly allowance on the GOAL program was a joke $.50 a chore seriously 9. Staff always turn there backs when a kid is being assaulted"

"If I could give this place no stars I would. Any caseworker that sends any juvenile here does not care about them. When your child leaves this place DO NOT Let staff pack it up. I am missing most of my personal items. I only received one shoe for each pair. The doors for the dorms do not lock. The teenage girls are treated differently from the boys. Last but not least, teens are going to McKeesport... what’s worse is the private education this place offers. Every building associated with this place is disgusting. This is not an independent living. You do nothing for yourself."

"The staff that work here are friendly and genuinely concerned for the betterment of the community. They deal with any handicap on a personal basis. The atmosphere is relaxed and quiet. Make sure to stop and visit Eric the turtle and other wildlife at their pond out front. The lawn is very spacious."
