"1st appointment Dr was very attentive,and assistant was very friendly and attentitive. 2nd appointment I felt was a lot more rushed,the nurse didn't even have the courtesy to ask if I needed help with putting my shoes and socks back on athough she hurriedly removed them before the Dr came in. And the fact the nurse stood over me during the appointment was uncomfortable for me."

"Made a appointment Didn't even get to see this doctor, which is a shame she was recommended to me by my PCP . Had the app made but receptionist insisted that I bring another 100.00 with me ,I told her no I have a co-pay for specialist of 60.00 anything else that they do would go thru health care and billing. Well she argued with me so I just canceled. Talked to my health care they even said no that's not how it works."

"Very disappointing. Went for two foot issues, both requiring prescriptions. After 4 weeks, Dr. Sciulli's office still had not called the insurance company so I could get the prescription filled. Went to a follow up appointment today only to be told by the receptionist that I owed $5.99 copay. When I asked about it I was told they called me to inform me of this amount due. I explained I had never received a call and, if the woman didn't believe me, she could look through my incoming phone logs. At that point she pulled out some sort of log and said they left you a message. Yet, I have no message. When it became apparent I wasn't going to see the doctor until I paid the $5.99, I gave them my credit card. I'm certainly not going to welsh on a $5.99 amount due but to demand payment and then insist I got a message when I hadn't was unnecessary. As I really don't want to deal with people so petty, I ended up walking back to the waiting area and decided to continue out the door. No one should be treated like this (and I won't even get into the other receptionist that just about barreled over an elder woman with a cane so she could get back into her window from the hallway. So much for customer service and I am going elsewhere where at least one is a bit respected as a customer and patient. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else!"

"Horrible experience! Do NOT go to Dr Sciulli, especially if you are elderly or need assistance. My 83 year old father has hearing loss and memory issues. His 1st appt. resulted in a confusing diagnosis and issues with test results, so I decided to accompany him to the 2nd appt. I was told I couldn't sit in on the appt. I explained his limitations & was told it was the Dr.'s policy & someone would speak to me after. I totally understand covid protocols but every other UPMC facility that I have been to lets a patient have 1 support person over the age of 18. Long story even longer, NO one met with me after the appt. I had to ask AGAIN if I could talk to someone. I NEVER saw Dr. Sciulli, a medical assistant informed me that it wasn't the Dr.'s policy, but UPMC'S about a support person. So I was told two totally opposite things. Bottom line, Dr Sciulli said she hadn't received test results yet when she in fact had, and she prescribed a drug for my father that he was already taking from a previous Dr. If I hadn't been insistent about speaking to someone, my father could have had a drug overdose, if he had gotten the Rx filled at a different pharmacy."
