"Very nice selection of Sherri Hill dresses. Great service. Thank you"
"Great experience shopping here. As soon as we entered, store layout was explained to us. Although store was crowded, we never had to wait long for help from owner or saleswoman. Owner made multiple calls with company to get dress ordered in size and color needed. Dress arrived promptly and owner made sure my daughter tried it on and was happy with it. She offered alterations suggestions for seamstress that we would never had thought of to ensure that my daughter will feel comfortable in her dress on prom night. Would definitely shop here again."
"Wonderful boutique! Everyone inside was so friendly and helpful. Got the most beautiful semi dress after searching all day! I would definitely reccomend to anyone who has a prom coming up or any other special occasions."
"We purchased my daughter's senior prom dress. The girls were so helpful and accomidating. We had to have some alterations done and also had them done at the shop. Her dress came out great and we couldn't be more happy."
"Very disappointing experience. "All sales final" policy. Went to store to try dress, purchased dress the next day by phone, picked up dress 5 days later. When we brought the dress home it had multiple burst seams, loose threads and embroidery torn off. After multiple calls and messages left the next day, I eventually spoke with a sales person who cut me off and quoted the store's "no return, all sales final policy" . 20 minutes later a manger called who had "looked into it" and again refused to hear the complaint and again quoted the no return policy and went on to suggest that since we had paid for the dress 5 days prior, the damage was our responsibility!?! She demanded I come to the store which she knew was a 90 minute drive for us. I said I would. 60 minutes later the owner called, who was polite this time but at this point I was livid and I demanded a refund which she refused, offering a repair which would have been delightful and perfectly acceptable on the first call, and when I quoted various laws she was in breach of, she invited me to call the magistrate which I indicated I would and that I might call the police as well. When we got to the store, the owner had already called the police who had been led to believe that "an irate man had threatened her and was on route". The only threat, she admitted, was to call the police, she also admitted that the store had known the dress was damaged before we picked it up. End of the story, we needed a dress ASAP and exchanged the dress. BUT- while trying on dresses both the first time and on our return, we noticed that many dresses we tried had damage. If you buy online, there is a full refund policy, buy in-store and all sales final... I wonder where the returned dresses end up... I believe I see the business model, but I will leave it to buyers to beware. What an unfair stress and bad experience for my daughter and I. She knowingly sold us a damaged dress and only once I threatened to call the police were concessions offered and then I had the police called on me, the irate customer. Yes, I was irate. Shame on Dolly."
