"Good shopping experience. prices are reasonable. Friendly staff...well except one lady. But overlook her. Those kind of people are not important, concentrate on the others that make it a nice place to shop. I'll take Goodwill, over salvation army in Scranton, anyday!"
"Not organized the best and it's always extremely crowded with racks. It's always full but the items are decent quality. Don't get the balloons back by the kids books that are tagged for 10 cents. They are a waste of money and fell apart instantly. The kids books are usually better than other thrift stores and are only 10 for $1!"
"Not sure if this store is under new management but some of the pricing is laughably high. Four fairly common dinner plates for 25.00 really? Asked if it was a mistake, nope manager said she is sticking with that price. I think the manager may be mentally challenged. Thrift means cheap people.Goodwill shoppers are not usually well to do. Get it together and use some common sense."
"I feel like that they are very overpriced for stuff that they get donated for free you have to be very very careful for looking for clothes because a lot of the clothes has holes in stains and they still charge what they want they don't care. The furniture isn't that great for what they charge for employees are not that helpful not very knowledgeable on certain items some employees are very rude the older Karen that works at the cash register is very very disrespectful very snobby..... this is the second time I had an issue with this Karen she really needs to be fired one day she's going to talk to the wrong person that ain't going to like how she treats people and she embarrasses herself by how rude she is But what I do like about the store is they have very nice decorations sometimes once in a while they'll have nice clothes or sometimes they have nice kitchen products"
"Worst experience ever at a goodwill. Lady with glasses and short white hair very rude, crabby with no coping skills. She should not be allowed out front. Would not price an item for me, then sold it after I left the store. They do not know how to treat there good customers, I spend a ton of money there. VERY disappointing. She should be fired."
