"I order here all the time for lunch.. today I noticed Mold on the jalapenos after she had already put it in my Sandwich. Then when I said something about it they decided to give me a refund and write don't come back on my receipt. They should be ashamed serving customers bad food and then getting mad a customers over it."

"Let's do a retake on my previous review. I go to Charley's because I love their strawberry lemonade and the young man who usually makes it for me I tip anywhere from 3-5$ for just making it the way I like, however today I went in for my usual drink and the manager charged me way more than usual for extra syrup, which is great. I paid 8$ and change wasn't to happy because it wasn't necessary. Usually I pay 1$ for extra and am happy with service. Today it wasn't that great but I believe in second chances. Hopefully this review will make management change how they serve consistent customers who really like their food"

"Old wrinkly manager is very rude and the way he talks to his customers is actually beyond what I’ve seen. There was a slight miscommunication because I didn’t hear the employee, and they ended up messing up my order. (Mind you I told them from the very beginning I just wanted a plain cheese steak with just cheese so I thought that they already knew). I told them that I wanted plain instead of the toppings they added, and the manager started to mock me being on the phone with his hands, and apparently I looked like I was sleeping. And then he told me that I’m lucky that he won’t charge me again for another cheesesteak. It was a simple mistake but the way the manager handled it and spoke to me was beyond anyone should be spoken too. Especially to a customer who is giving them service. I’m surprised he still has a job and with that confidence of his it seems like he’s done it before and will most definitely do it again. Never again thanks to him"

"Went out on a Sunday afternoon and wanted a good sub and in comes Charley's. I got a classic Chicken California and my lord, the flavor was amazing inside and out. Fries were nice and hot and salted just right. Definitely give them a try if you come here if u have never had them before."
