"Look i get that people want to get out of work, everyone has a life but if you are open till 10pm than be open till 10pm. If someone gets there at 9:55 you are technically still suppose to be open so serve your customers or close earlier if you dont want to stay open till the time you post."

"I had been a loyal customer of this establishment since they first opened until just recently, where like many businesses, they now put their own needs in front of that of the customer. The other day, I tried to go purchase some spirits when I pull up to the door and found it locked with a sign on the door stating "closed for inventory." The next day, I returned and asked why that was done during open business hours and how inconvenient it was for me or any other customer, I was just blown off and told "we do that whenever we need to." When I asked why don't they do their inventory during other hours, that too, was shrugged off and I was dismissed. Therefore, this customer has DISMISSED them as a business I frequent. Oh well."
