"Renter beware of living here! The management allows persons who regularly disregard the rules to remain and harasses the ones who do follow the rules. You'll be subjected to bogus inspections to fine you for things you haven't done and regularly lied to or gaslighted by the property management staff. Repairs are regularly dismissed and you're left to figure it out on your own or when they finally do come to do a repair it is done with little care. If you are a non-smoker DON'T rent here as you will be regularly subjected to suffering from cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke coming into your unit from your neighbors. Also if you need air conditioning during the summer don't move here. The Central Air for 2 summers now has not worked properly. And again management is unbothered by having their tenants roast in their units with another humid summer on the books. Rent at your own risk."
