"Pubes on the toilet, hair on the floor and dirt in the tub. Sink smelled of mold and bathroom fan didn't work. Carpet looks like it hasn't been washed/cleaned since the place opened. Ants were crawling on blankets. Wifi issues."

"Kids loved the pool although I thought it to be a little on the cold side. The room itself was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast options are pretty good for a hotel, never been somewhere with so many options"

"The only thing decent about this hotel is the bed. I normally inspect the bed before i get in it. Pull the sheets back, check for stains etc. Everything else is up for debate. The hallways and rooms always smell musty until you turn the ac on in your room. I stay here at least once a month due to work and proximity. They have a handful of receptionists. I’ve only met two that seem to have a personality. The lady last night put my card and ID on the desk to avoid putting them in my hand. It’s always like that. I just go in to get my reset and leave. After driving all day, you would love a hot shower but the tubs are always dirty. Rings around the bottom rim and the presence of what used to be an old mat at the bottom, pubic and long hair on the floor. Not sure if they really clean anything with cleaner and hot water."

"Pros and cons + facility was modern and clean + everything worked ** + breakfast was sufficient and not crowded + fitness center open early and not crowded + staff seemed reasonably friendly + the location was adequate for purposes (near the interstate) - weird situation at check in: Nobody at the front desk for nearly 20 min. Called the numbers and no answer. Other check-in’s were waiting also. When the attendant finally appeared, she was pleasant but unapologetic. She mentioned something about the phone not working. I came through the lobby a while later after check in, and once again there were customers queued up in the lobby with the front desk vacant yet again. Note to management: please correct this. - Fitness center equipment is a bit worn **. When traveling cross country, we typically stay at mid-budget hotels. It is rare that everything is in good working order."

"My partner and I had a reservation booked here for our time spent at the Thompson Motor Speedway. Drive was easy, location good. Food close by. Upon arrival, there was also many folks arriving for a wedding. The desk clerk asked our name for reservation and said there weren't any rooms available yet because they had to shuffle things around. This was 3:15 and we waited for 40 minutes and they never told us how long, or gave us any update. We could see housekeeping walking back and forth through the halls updating them. When we eventually came back, our room had a bad smell, like lingering socks. The room was alright besides that, lights were very bright. Then we were woken up at 2 A.M. by the wedding party in the lobby. That shouldn't have been going on. At least breakfast was out early when we got up."
