"My 7 year old takes classes there and I train while he is there. Great, hard working atmosphere, and they train the kids hard but everyone has fun. Very reasonable prices for the kids classes, especially for three classes a week. Highly Recommended."

"I bought a membership for a month as a beginner, I was shown no assistance after day one, I am a teenage girl and the boys were viewed at a higher respect. The boys got one on one work outs while I was excepted to work with the 5 year olds. We were told to not use the exercise machines for insurance reasons which is understandable but the boys younger than me were given free range. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy and I would definitely not recommend sending girls here."
