"I attended sessions a few years back. My experience was fair. I found Lunden a bit snarky and judgmental at times while making a lot of assumptions. In my opinion, she navigated our conversations with a textbook approach instead of inquiring about my actual thought process. Overall the sessions were fair and she gave me a lot to think about and artistic ways to work through things. The actual site is nice and welcoming. I do wish I would have spoken up more during sessions, which is something I've learned to do with people in general but overall not the worst experience."
