"Just go to dunkin. if you order a latte here you have to tell them how to make it every time. if you don’t mention that you know there’s espresso in a latte, they will give you a regular coffee and add milk until you cannot taste the coffee (zero espresso). And they also often mention that they haven’t been trained and it’s their first day. Management please teach your workers how to make the coffee they get paid to make. i’ve seen people actually go back and remake their own coffees after two failed attempts from a worker. Not to mention when people ask for bagels with cream cheese, it usually is inferred they want it toasted, not the one that someone messed up three hours ago that’s been sitting on the counter already made. stone cold. RIDICULOUS! I was so excited when they opened because it’s close to me and i usually prefer the coffee here but the hassle makes me avoid the place altogether."
