"I asked for my wife's prescription. They told me that they didn't have a refill. My wife insisted over the phone that when she called she was told by the answering service that the prescription was in process. The pharmacists they didn't want to hear it. The told us to call the doctor instead of complain to them. I left went home and after 20 minutes they called us to come and pick up the prescription. I got on the phone and I asked if we're going to get an apology. I was told that I was yielding so if I come to the store asking for an apology they would call the cops. Shame shame shame"
