"The new so called pharmacy manager has a disgusting way of handling her customers she is very judgmental! I have gone to this pharm for an item i use to administer medications to one of my cats who is ill! For over a yr since her dx. Instead she must think there for me but they are not! Not for nothing but RI made it so that ANYONE CAN PURCHASE THE ITEMS IN QUESTION WITH OT WITHOUT INSURANCE OR A SCRIPT! SHE MADE IT SO I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GET THEM NOW! JUDGMENTAL I WILL BE CALLING HR AN REPORTING HER! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED !"
"I was prescribed a abutirol pump and it wasn't working properly. I brought it back to get another one. The male pharmacist told me he had to send an email to the doctor for a replacement. That was 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything from them. I am definitely going to change pharmacies. I'm not going back."
"I do like this store and the staff is very nice, but I think they need to figure out how to go back to having the pharmacy open on at least ONE weekend day. I know they are short staffed, but for those of us who work, getting to the pharmacy before 6 on a weekday can be impossible and the weekend is the only time we have to pick up important Rx refills etc. It's not safe to go without your meds, and the renewal service has left me right down to the wire a lot recently. Again, I assume due to staffing."
