"My wife and I have had the pleasure of boarding, our dog Gracie, and our cat Sheldon over the past few years at the Swansea Pet Lodge located in Swansea MA. Our most recent encounter was from July 14 to July 20, 2023, and I must admit that it was an amazingly enjoyable and comforting experience overall. The Swansea Pet Lodge offered a variety of lodging options to cater to different pet needs, was spacious, clean, thoughtfully planned , with comfortable bedding, and evident that the management took great care to maintain a safe and hygienic environment. The staff Ray and Lisa were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making a great effort to inquire about our pets dietary preferences, routines , and any other specific care instructions that we may have had, revealing that they truly cared about their guests. It was also evident that safety and security was a priority in so far that they required up-to-date vaccinations for all pets, and check-in procedures were thorough. Secure play areas where pets, could interact safely and comfortably was also available. Communication with the lodge was extremely reliable and dependable. The staff promptly answered any phone calls we may have placed during our pets stay. The entire pet Lodge was immaculate, providing proof of diligent cleaning practices throughout. Our experiences at the Swansea Pet Lodge has always been beyond expectations. Our pets, always return to home, healthy, happy and social. Ray and Lisa’s genuine love for animals make all the difference. Consequently I highly recommend the Swansea Pet Lodge to any pet owner looking for a trustworthy and caring place to board their furry family members. A heartfelt thank you to the owner and staff of the Swansea Pet Lodge, for taking such wonderful care in the past of our dog Gracie, and in the present of our cat Sheldon. We will, undoubtedly, without hesitation, and with great confidence and comfort return for future stays knowing that our cat Sheldon will be in the best hands possible."

"I've used two other dog sitter/kennels in the past, my last one retired at the last minute. Now what? Ray of Swansea Pet Lodge!!! Ray was able to take my girl for the few days that I was away. Not only is he great with dogs, but my typically shy girl (around strangers) was happy to be around him on our meet-and-greet encounter, and she actually got to run and play during her vacation (Ray-cation), which she did not get to do at other sitter/kennels - just short walks. My girl really seemed to enjoy Ray and her new Ray-cation location. My girl will be back in June of next year for her Ray-cation, and every year that Ray keeps doing what he's doing. Great job, Ray! "Ray is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! He was there when I needed him in February when my other service fell through. My dog, Coco, just spent last week at the Lodge and when I dropped her she couldn’t wait to see Ray again. They follow all instructions you leave for them and accommodate you especially when you have to add an extra day because of the craziness with air travel. I would highly recommend Ray and the Swansea Pet Lodge to anyone! When my dog is with them I know I have nothing to worry about."
