"Working with Rich of Right Built Homes has been great. Rich is super attentive and responsive. I highly recommend Rich for your new home or home renovations, here is why. We were looking for a new home for over a year. In doing so, we met with a few builders for new construction. Basic options often had extraneous costs or we found the builders cut corners to save money. We less than thrilled with our experiences. We then started looking at older homes; some needed a lot of work or were missing key details in our wish list. So, we waited. After a bit of time, we happened to find a new construction house for sale that was nearly complete. We spent about 30 minutes in it during an open house and fell in love. It checked all the boxes. We could tell it was built solidly, without sacrifices, and the building materials used were high-quality. The purchasing process was awesome.
